Which Colocation Type Fits Which Workloads?

Both colocation types are built on the same underlying campus design – resilient power, efficient warm-water cooling, and secure connectivity – but they serve different types of teams:

Pure Colocation is best for customers that already operate at scale: hyperscalers, large enterprises, and defense integrators with in-house operations teams. They want control of their racks, cages and tooling, and prefer to consume the facility much like owned infrastructure.

Managed Colocation is designed for programs and enterprises that need secure, high-density space for AI, HPC or sensitive data but do not want to build a full on-site operations team. They rely on our remote-hands, monitoring and lifecycle services while retaining ownership of their hardware and data.

In both models, tenants keep control of their workloads and architectures. We provide the colocation platform providing power, cooling, space and facility operations – so the customer can focus on mission, not mechanical and electrical systems.
